Daise brought quite the show at The Teragram on Thursday, September 27th, 2018. As they opened for the UK band The Boxer Rebellion, Daise began their set with their rhythmic single "In The Garden" as the crowd drew their attention to the blissful chorus.
Luke, the drummer for Daise, drove the beat that led the ballroom into an uplifted swing. Justin provided groovy bass lines that made for a beautiful musical atmosphere. Eli's vocals project an affectionate hymn in each song as he soars over his rhythmic chords. Each song crescendos into a floating ambience and dream-like sequence. Amidst all the layers of grooves and rhythm we find Edwin, the bands lead guitarist, playing riffs with a unique and vibrant tone.
Daise then performed their latest single of 2018 "Sights of Blue" and had everybody in the ballroom dancing to the swells and musical embellishments in each verse. Their stage presence is fun and interactive as they trade-off their nuanced melodies from rhythm guitar to lead guitar.
